There are so many things to do and see here. If you need peace and quiet or days filled with activities, our region provides it.
The Tablelands is a large area that begs more days than you may allocate, but the differences in scenery is seductive; an olde world atmosphere exists here. A whole cross section of accommodation styles exist just for the peaceful atmosphere demanded by visitors from everywhere.
Port Douglas is a small village with a cosy village centre where you may chance upon someone famous.
Cairns city has the combination of city life and shops. It boasts a restaurant strip where all taste buds are catered for.
North of Cairns are the beaches and accommodation is for the pleasure of beach type visitors.
Tour-Dex provides a very important service by bringing information to their doorstep. Many accommodation houses present our attractive tourist “booths”, and if and when you do meet a display stand, we hope it provides you, your family and friends the widest choice of activities and attractions in our region. There are classifications of tours, and display framing to reduce any confusion of the brochure messages.
